Fine - AI-Powered Personal Finance Management

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fine Budget ("the Service"), operated by Fine Budget LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, do not use or access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fine Budget is a personal finance management platform that helps users track expenses, create budgets, and manage their financial goals. We provide AI-powered insights and tools to help you make better financial decisions.

3. User Account and Security

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Financial Data and Privacy

5. Acceptable Use

6. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

Trials convert to paid at the end of the stated period unless you cancel before conversion.

Auto-Renewal

Paid plans auto-renew monthly/annually until canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees & Taxes

Prices are shown before taxes; applicable taxes will be added. We may change prices with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access until payment is successful or the subscription is canceled.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fine Budget LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, use, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.

Feedback

You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use feedback for any purpose.

DMCA

Send takedown notices to legal@finebudget.com with "DMCA" in the subject; include required elements under 17 U.S.C. §512.

Beta Features

We may offer preview/beta features "AS IS," which may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Fine Budget provides tools and insights but does not provide financial advice. You should consult with qualified financial advisors for investment decisions.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

Data Accuracy

While we work to ensure data accuracy, you should verify important financial information with your financial institutions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Budget LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

You and Fine Budget agree to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing legal@finebudget.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The arbitration shall be conducted in Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
